이곳에 함께 계셔서 경배와 찬양을 받으시는 하나님 아버지.

높으신 하나님이 낮고 낮은 이 땅에 강림하신 성탄을 기념하여 여기에 모인 저희들이 이 시간 기쁘고 감사한 마음으로 예배를 드립니다. 받아주시옵소서.

어두운 세상 가운데 빛으로 오신 주님을 본 받아야 하는 저희들이 자주 주님을 잊고 이기적이고 무정하게 지낼 때에도 여전히 사랑으로 오래 참아주시는 아버지를 생각합니다. 저희들의 연약함을 도우사 아버지의 자녀답게 살도록 인도하여 주시옵소서.

아들을 아끼지 않는 하나님 아버지의 그 놀라운 사랑이 성탄의 사건인데 세상은 화려한 장식과 먹고 마시는 일로 분주해진 날로 변질시켰습니다.

그러나 믿는 저희들은 천지를 지으신 하나님께서 사람의 몸을 입고 역사속으로 들어오신 이 날의 의미를 날마다 기억하고 깨닫고 행하게 하여 주시옵소서. 그리하여 성탄의 의미를 모르는 세상사람들에게 예수님의 오심을 전하는 자들로 세워주시옵소서.

특별히 온통 기쁨으로 가득한 이 성탄에도 병상에서, 여러가지 어려움으로 힘든 시간을 보내는 동역자들을 위해 기도합니다. 치유와 문제해결을 오직 하나님께서 맡아주시기를 공동체가 함께 기도함으로 응답받기를 소망하며 주의 긍휼을 구합니다. 도와주시옵소서.

이제 예수님으로 가득찬 성탄의 메세지를 목사님께서 전하십니다. 하나님의 말씀을 전하는 통로로 목사님을 귀하게 사용하여 주시고 목사님의 건강과 가정을 하나님의 날개로 덮어주시기를 간절히 기도합니다.

지극히 높은 곳에서는 하나님께 영광이요 땅에서는 하나님이 기뻐하신 사람들 중에 평화로다 이 선포가 날마다 이어지게 하시고 오늘 이 성탄 예배를 통하여 아버지의 놀라우신 계획과 사랑에 감동된 은혜 공동체가 날마다 크리스마스를 경험하게 하여 주시옵소서.

우리의 구원을 위해 하늘 영광 버리고 이 땅에 오신 사랑하는 예수님의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘...


      < Christmas Representative Prayer >

Heavenly Father, who dwells here with us and receives our worship and praise.

We gather here to commemorate the birth of the exalted God who descended to this lowly earth. With joyful and grateful hearts, we offer our worship at this hour. Accept it, we pray.

We are reminded of You, Father, who patiently loves us even when we, who should follow the example of the Lord who came as light into a dark world, often forget Him and live selfishly and coldly. Help us in our weakness and guide us to live as worthy children of the Father.

The astonishing love of God the Father, who did not spare His own Son, is the essence of the Christmas event. Yet the world has distorted this day into one preoccupied with flashy decorations and feasting.

But for us who believe, may we daily remember, understand, and live out the meaning of this day—when God, who created heaven and earth, entered history by taking on human flesh. Thus, establish us as those who proclaim the coming of Jesus to the world that does not know the meaning of Christmas.

Especially this Christmas, filled with joy, we pray for our fellow workers who are suffering on their sickbeds or enduring difficult times due to various hardships. We hope that through the community's united prayer, God alone will take charge of their healing and problem-solving, and we seek His mercy. Please help us.

Now, Pastor, you will deliver the Christmas message filled with Jesus. We earnestly pray that God will use you as a precious channel to proclaim His Word, and that He will cover your health and family with His wings.

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those whom God favors. May this proclamation continue daily. Through this Christmas worship service today, may the community of grace, moved by the Father's amazing plan and love, experience Christmas every day.
