< 한해를 주민들과 보내며 >

2025년 한해를 되돌아 보며 “주민화합의 밤”을 한다며 포스터가 곳곳에 붙어 있다. 매년 '주민화합의 밤' 할 때마다 아내는 큰 접시에 셀러드를 매년마다 만들어서 간다. 주민들과 함께 하는 시간 만큼은 어떤 일이 있어도 빠지지 않으려고 한다. 물론 올해도 스케줄이 잡혀 있지만 일단 주민화합의 밤에 참석하고 주민들과 인사를 나누고 약속 장소로 갔다.

늘 이야기 했지만 프로야구 SK와이번스 팀 끝으로 현장에서 나온지 벌써 11년이 넘었다. 지난 55년 동안 아마추어와 프로야구 선수생활, 그리고 다시 미국 마이너리그와 메이저리그, 또다시 한국으로 돌아와 SK와이번스 코치와 감독생활을 끝으로 소위 현장에 더이상 있지 않다.

주민 '화합의 밤'이 끝나자 이번에는 사우나 멤버 부부모임을 위해 모두 한자리에 모였다. 매년 한가정씩 함께 하는 바람에 올해는 무려 7가정이 모였다. 인원이 14명이 되다보니 웬만한 큰 장소가 아니면 함께 할 수 없을 정도다. 올해를 보내기 전에 유기호 대표가 막내로 모든 장소와 시간 그리고 함께 동참할 것을 매일 체크했다.

유기호 대표 덕분에 올해도 부부모임이 얼마나 행복하고 좋은 시간을 보냈는지 모른다. 올해도 식사 끝내고 2차로 동네 커피숍에 가 늦은 시간까지 이야기 꽃을 피우고 좋은 시간을 보냈다.

사우나 멤버는 이른 시간인 새벽 6시에 모이는 사람들이다. 이른 시간에 주민들과 함께 웃으며 하루를 시작하면 하루가 그렇게 행복할 수가 없다. 누가 먼저라 할 것도 없이 이제는 알람도 맞추지 않고 지난 3년 동안 일찍 일어나는 습관으로 인해 모두가 자동적으로 일어나는 시간이 새벽 5시다.

여유를 갖고 편안한 마음으로 주민들과 함께 어울리며 생활하니 자연스럽게 좋은 친구들을 만나 그동안 경험하지 못했던 이웃들 그리고 사회생활에서의 주민들과 소통을 갖게 된다.

우리 동네가 이렇게 화기애애하게 될 수 있었던 원동력은 류도선 회장님의 노력 덕분에 주민들이 서로 만나면 누가 먼저라 할 것 없이 서로 인사하는 풍토는 너무나 자연스러워졌다. 이렇게 되기까지 주민 모두의 노력과 서로 존중하는 마음에서 나오게 되었다.

류도선 회장님의 노력 덕분에 다른 어느 아파트보다 주민들끼리 서로 화합하고 서로 잘 어울리고 또 무슨 일이 있을 때마다 주민들이 힘을 합쳐 일사천리로 해결할 때가 많다. 회장님은 항상 먼저 주머니를 여는 분이다. 거기다가 모든 사람들이 회장이 아니면 대표들이라 좀처럼 말을 먼저 거는 사람이 없는데 류도선 회장님은 언제나 먼저 나서서 주민들뿐만 아니라 주위 사람들에게 먼저 인사하고 이야기를 나누는 분이다.

이날도 누가 먼저라 할 것 없이 류도선 회장님이 아침에 해장국 먹으러 가잖다. 이날은 인천에서 유명한 콩나물국밥 집으로 갔다. 인천 사람이면 누구나 다 알 정도로 유명한 콩나물국밥집이다.

이른 아침시간에 콩나물국밥을 맛나게 먹고 2차로 커피숍으로 갔다. 모두 점잖은 회장님과 대표들이라 커피를 마시면서 인생 이야기를 나누는데 너나 할 것 없이 모두가 동심의 세계로 빠져 시간 가는줄 모르고 몇시간 동안 재미있고 웃으면서 이야기 나누었다.

이날은 특별히 류도선 회장님이 콩나물국밥과 커피를 샀다.

올 한해를 되돌아 보면서 모두가 다사다난 했던 한해라며 이야기 한다. 그런 어려움 속에서도 동네 이웃들과 함게 좋은 시간을 가져 그 힘들고 어려웠던 시간들을 지혜롭게 잘 해쳐 나갈 수 있었다. 힘들고 어려울 때 함께 하는 이웃이 있어 정말 행복하다.

After playing amateur and professional baseball for the past 55 years, and then returning to the U.S. Minor League and Major League, and again to Korea, I'm no longer in the so-called field after coaching and coaching the SK Wyverns.

At the end of the "Night of Harmony" for residents, everyone gathered together for a sauna member couple's meeting. As many as seven families gathered this year because they were together every year. Since there are 14 people, it is impossible to be together unless it is a large place. Before this year's end, CEO Yoo Ki-ho checked every place, time, and every day to join as the youngest.

Thanks to CEO Yoo Ki-ho, the couple's meeting was so happy and good this year. After eating again this year, I went to a local coffee shop for the second time, and had a good time talking until late at night.

Sauna members are people who gather at 6 a.m., the early hours. If you start your day with a smile with the residents at an early hour, your day cannot be so happy. No one has to set the alarm first, and everyone has been automatically waking up for the past three years due to the habit of waking up early. It is 5 a.m.

As you live comfortably and comfortably with the residents, you naturally meet good friends and communicate with neighbors and residents in social life that you have not experienced before.

Thanks to the efforts of Chairman Ryu Do-sun, the driving force behind the friendly nature of our neighborhood has become so natural that when residents meet each other, they greet each other regardless of who comes first. Until this point, it came from the efforts of all the residents and respect for each other.

Thanks to the efforts of Chairman Ryu Do-sun, more than any other apartment, residents often work together to harmonize with each other and solve them quickly whenever something happens. The chairman always opens his or her pocket first. Besides, no one talks to him first because everyone is representatives unless he or she is the chairman, but the chairman always comes first to greet not only the residents but also the people around him and talk to them.

On this day, Chairman Ryu Do-sun went to eat hangover soup in the morning. On this day, he went to a famous bean sprout and rice soup restaurant in Incheon. It is a famous bean sprout soup restaurant that anyone in Incheon knows.

I had a delicious bean sprout and rice soup in the early morning hours and went to the coffee shop for the second time. Since they are all gentle presidents and representatives, we were talking about our lives while drinking coffee, but everyone fell into the world of innocence and talked for hours with fun and laughter without knowing the passage of time.

On this day, Chairman Ryu Do-sun especially bought bean sprout and rice soup and coffee.

Looking back on this year, everyone says it was an eventful year. Despite such difficulties, I had a good time with my neighbors in the neighborhood, so I was able to deal with those difficult and difficult times wisely. I'm very happy to have a neighbor who is with me when I'm tired and in need.
