on the Division of Duties and Responsibilities within the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation Executive Board Members

* According to the Prime Minister's Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Education and Sports, No. 253 / PM, dated 26 May 2020;

* Pursuant to Decision of the Minister of Education and Sports on the Adoption of the Organizational Structure of the Executive Board of the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation (2021-2024) No. 2421/MOES, dated 14 July 2021;

* Pursuant to the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation Constitution No. 258/LBSF dated 8th November 2021;

The President of the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation issued Decision: Article 1: Division of Duties and Responsibilities within the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation Executive Board (LBSF EB) Members with the following details:

1) Assoc. Prof. Khamphay Sisavanh, President of the LBSF, shall assume duty of liaison with Department of Elite Sports, Ministry of Education and Sports, Lao National Olympic Committee, Lao National Sports Federations, and Government organizations; and Implement other rights and duties specified in the LBSF Constitution;

2) Mr. Lee Man Soo, First Vice President, shall assume duties of assisting the LBSF President in directing the technical work, training of athletes for acquiring knowledge, ability and tactics in sport activities and competitions at all levels, including domestic, regional and international ones, supervise utilization of Lao National Baseball Stadium. He also seeks to raise funds from the Korean and international business communities to support and contribute to the development of baseball and softball in Lao PDR;

3) Dr. Bounheng Soutthichak, Vice President and Secretary, shall assume duties of assisting the LBSF President in the management of the overall work of the LBSF, supervise utilization of  Lao National Baseball Stadium, and carrying out  liaison and cooperation with The World Baseball and Softball Confederation (WBSC), The Asian Baseball and Softball Federation, at the same time, evolving campaign to raise funds from local business partners for promoting baseball and softball movements and to be responsible for the work of the Secretary in accordance with the LBSF Constitution;

4) Mr. Je Sung Uk, Third Vice President and Treasurer, Lao Baseball-Softball General Manager shall assume duties of assisting the LBSF President in the overall management of the LBSF, specializing on direct administration and management of LBF Baseball Training Center, Lao National Baseball Stadium. At the same time, he shall carry out coordination and cooperation with ASEAN, Korea and Japan baseball and softball federations in co-organising friendly matches and experience exchanges; conduct fundraising activities with Korean and international business partners to promote baseball and softball and be responsible for treasury work in accordance with the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

5) Mrs. Thongvanh Sisomphou, LBSF EB Member, has the authority to direct the training and competition activities of the National University of Lao’s Baseball Club and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

6) Mrs. Pathoumphone Phongpaphai, LBSF EB Member, has the authority to direct the training and competition activities of the Baseball Club of Vientiane High School and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

7) Mr. Xayasana Phanthavong, LBSF EB Member, shall assist LBSF President in inspecting the official documents of the LBSF in order to comply with the sport regulations of the Ministry of Education and Sports. In addition, he shall coordinate and cooperate directly, closely and promptly with the Department of Elite Sports, the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Lao National Olympic Committee, other Lao National Sports Federations; and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

8) Ms. Tuni Senyakon, LBSF EB Member, shall assist LBSF President in conducting training and sports competitions; conduct marketing and advertisement in order to evolve fundraising with local and international business partners for promoting the baseball and softball, and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

9) Mr. Thevalit Chanthavone, LBSF EB Member, shall assist LBSF President in preparation and conducting training and sports competitions; conduct marketing and advertisement in order to evolve fundraising with local business partners and international business communities for promoting the baseball and softball, and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

10) Mr. Kaysone Chanthalangsy, LBSF EB Member, Technical Secretary of the Baseball Sports Training Center, shall participate in preparation and conducting training and sports competitions; participate in administration over Lao National Baseball Stadium; coordinate with organisations and concerned parties in creating favorite conditions for LBSF activities, and perform other duties of the LBSF EB Member specified in the LBSF Constitution and other assignments made by the LBSF President;

Article 3: The Office of the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Department of High Level Sports, the Lao National Baseball and Softball Federation and the relevant parties and those who have been assigned the division of labor should recognize and fulfill their duties.

Article 04: This agreement is effective from the date of signing.
